I believe deeply in emotional truth. For over a decade, I’ve helped individuals manage their emotions, relationships, and personal growth with clarity and intention.
My background blends psychology, coaching, somatic practices, and spiritual wisdom. My approach is grounded in real-life experience as well as theory, offering intuitive and structured support that meets you where you are with clarity and care.
How We Work Together
We start by helping you name and understand your emotions so you’re no longer spinning in confusion or second-guessing yourself. You learn to recognize emotional patterns, understand their signals, and how to respond with intention.

The work follows a simple and intentional process:

From there, we use body-based practices such as Kundalini Yoga, Brainspotting, meditation, and breathwork to release stuck emotional patterns and support nervous system regulation.
3 | Integration
This process is woven into each way we work together, whether through the 12-week coaching experience, ongoing monthly support, or a focused private intensive so the growth you experience is practical, embodied, and lasting.
As things begin to shift, we focus on integration: learning to trust yourself, set boundaries, and to feel safe showing up more honestly in your life and relationships.
The Emotion Practice is a safe space for intentional emotional growth.
It’s for individuals who feel a disconnect between how they show up in the world and what they carry inside. You feel caught between what you think and what you feel, unsure when to speak up, when to hold back, or how to trust your inner knowing. Over time, emotions can get pushed aside or overflow simply because there hasn’t been a safe, supportive space to help understand or fully experience them.
This coaching work creates room to explore those patterns with care. It helps you connect with what’s been held beneath the surface, so emotional understanding becomes something you experience rather than overanalyze.
This is where you begin to show up as your whole self, feel more grounded in who you are, and move forward with clarity, honesty, and self-trust.
